Customer Care

As an Artist and Art Collector, I understand how personal and important of a decision it is to purchase someone's Art. I take the whole process very serious and have a strong appreciation for anyone that buys my carvings. So we take great care in ensuring our Customers receive the highest customer service from start to finish. All of my carvings will ship in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safe and sound. We also provide a Certificate of Authenticity with each carving. This tells the Customer that what they've invested in, is the real deal.

 

If you choose to have us complete a Custom Commission, we'll setup a quick session to ensure we've captured the true essence of what you have in mind. Bob will advise about how long the carving will take, pricing and a quick sketch. When the carving starts, the Customer receives weekly updates, including pictures, to ensure there's no surprises.
